Information we collect

Information you send us through this website (name, work email, organization, and message) and basic website analytics. Protected health information processed on behalf of customers is governed by our Business Associate Agreements, not this website policy.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and operate and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

Customer data processed by our AI systems is handled under BAA with zero data retention at model providers and is never used to train shared models.

Retention and deletion

We keep website inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship. Email hello@priorpilotai.com to request access to or deletion of your data; we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit on cloud infrastructure with restricted access.
